• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

To ensure high quality and efficient logistics, our products are shipped from our central hub. The estimated delivery time for Canada is:

• Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time online.

4. Important Shipping Notes

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Glow Vero is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Unsuccessful Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at info@glow-vero.com as per our Refund Policy.
