At Glow Vero (glow-vero.com), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with Canadian Consumer Protection standards.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: In the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by your order number or receipt.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or we sent the incorrect item, Glow Vero covers all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Size: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Our registered office at 2210 Bank Street 1034, Ottawa, ON K1V 1J5, Canada, is an administrative office only and is NOT a return address. Items sent to this address without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed. Please contact us to receive the correct return instructions.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@glow-vero.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific shipping address for our fulfillment center.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service to ensure its safe arrival.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.
